Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language assessment and therapy services to clients across various settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Proper certification to practice as a speech therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of specialized therapy techniques and interventions.
