Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility or functional impairments across a variety of patient populations.
• Provide specialty therapy services, including neurological and women's health, as well as lymphedema care and wheelchair fitting.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced equipment in a modern outpatient setting to support patient recovery and independence.
• Travel to multiple care points within the facility as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Ability to travel between multiple points of care within the facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a level 2 trauma center or acute care setting.
• Knowledge of specialized therapies such as aquatic therapy or advanced rehab technologies.
