Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary, nights shift, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a 150-bed acute care hospital
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience
- Ability to float between similar units, as needed
- No pending license restrictions
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Additional Details
- RTO requests must be included at the time of submission and are subject to approval based on facility needs
- No call required; guaranteed hours are provided with up to one shift off per two weeks
- Scrub color: Royal Blue or Navy; other departments have designated colors
- Free parking available on the first day and during orientation
