Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts, weekends included

Key Responsibilities
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis to obtain accurate specimen results
• Collect and draw specimens from patients while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with laboratory standards
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of tests

Required Qualifications
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, Clinical Lab Scientist, or equivalent
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating shifts and weekends
• Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety standards

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working with specimen collection and processing
• Ability to adapt to rotating work schedules and weekend shifts
