Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric nursing care to behavioral health patients in a regional hospital setting.
- Monitor and address patient needs, ensuring safety and well-being in accordance with care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and clinical observations thoroughly and accurately.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license issued by the state of Nebraska or equivalent.
- Experience working in behavioral health or psychiatric settings preferred.
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with psychiatric or behavioral health patients.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
