Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care and medications accurately in electronic health records
- Respond effectively to patient needs and emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- At least 1 year of ICU experience or equivalent experience as a first-timer with supervisor approval
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in float pool or multiple ICU units preferred
- Ability to work rotating weekends and accommodate unit needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
