- Full-time, night shift (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.), 3x12s
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Intermediate and Progressive Care Units, managing acutely ill patients with a focus on recovery and stabilization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, perform assessments, and document via Epic electronic health record system.
- Respond to patient needs efficiently, ensuring safe and quality care delivery.
- Float within scope to cover related units or sister facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in acute care settings.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Epic electronic health record experience.
- Experience with patient ratios of 1:4.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIHSS certification.
- Previous experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
