Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a hospital operating room setting.
• Assist with surgical procedures including orthopedics, robotics, general surgery, urology, neurospine, and vascular procedures.
• Support the use of specialized equipment such as the DaVinci Robot, endovascular suite, and neurospine microscope.
• Participate in on-call duties, including end-of-shift short call shifts and overnight coverage as scheduled.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to unit policies, maintaining a patient ratio of 1:1.
• Comply with all unit protocols and maintain documentation using the Altera electronic medical record system.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a surgical or operating room setting.
• Experience with orthopedic, robotics, general surgery, urology, neuro, or vascular procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and support call coverage requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro experience is highly valued for call coverage.
• Basic endovascular skills.
• Experience with complex surgical procedures including crani/neuro.
