Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

• Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Nights, Rotating holidays, 3x12 shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care within IMC, PCU, and stepdown units, floating as needed within units of equal or lower acuity
• Manage patient monitoring, medication administration, and IV starts with high attention to safety and quality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Respond efficiently to patient needs and emergency situations during night shifts
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU/Stepdown experience
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Skilled in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels
• Night shift experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
