- Travel, Days shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient care for IMC, PCU, and Stepdown unit patients.
- Monitor and administer standard drips (excluding insulin and vaso active medications).
- Ensure appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios of 4:1.
- Follow patient care protocols and document accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU/Stepdown or PCU experience.
- Experience with standard IV drips (excluding insulin and vasopressors).
- Ability to work day shifts and adhere to weekend requirements.
- Reliable and capable of working with minimal float situations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with patient populations in PCU and Stepdown units.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
