Job Title

- Travel, Night shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a combined Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit.
- Float to other units and hospitals as needed, maintaining flexibility in assignments.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and neurologists to deliver specialized neuro-cardiac patient care.
- Document patient progress and ensure compliance with care standards using Meditech EMR.
- Work scheduled nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including holidays and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama or a Compact state (no temporary licenses).
- BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant RN experience, including experience in a specialty setting.
- Proficiency in Meditech EMR preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a cardiac or neurological unit.
- Ability to float between units and adapt to different clinical environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
