Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

- Newport, VT
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, working every other weekend, guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a critical access hospital setting
- Assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Vermont or eligible for licensure
- 3-5 years of emergency room nursing experience
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a critical access or small hospital setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
