Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, approximately 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a Level 1 trauma center setting.
• Document assessments and treatments using EPIC electronic charting system.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Respond efficiently to medical emergencies, ensuring timely intervention.
• Support patient and family needs in a fast-paced ER environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Active Massachusetts nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS certifications through AHA.
• EPIC EMR system experience required.
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent experience working in a busy emergency department.
• Familiarity with trauma procedures and protocols.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.

Additional Notes
Candidates must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be considered. The assignment offers guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, exclusive of on-call hours. The manager will contact candidates via email to schedule a call. Candidates should be aware and check emails regularly.
