Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Beverly, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shift (12-hour shifts) with weekend and holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory therapy care to patients during night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient assessments and therapy progress accurately
- Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Participate in weekly orientation sessions and shift rotations
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Respiratory Therapist License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers accepted)
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Prior outpatient or hospital-based respiratory care experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
