Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients of all ages.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and strategies.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Must have a current CCC-SLP certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare or school setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
