Full-time, nights, 4 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to assess patient status.
- Perform IV starts and other bedside procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system.
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia or Compact State.
- BLS and ACLS certifications via American Heart Association.
- EPIC proficiency required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including travel experience.
- Current NURSYS report and Qualivis Cover Sheet with RTO included.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Medical Surgical, Renal, or Diabetic units.
- Ability to manage diverse patient populations with varying acuity levels.
