Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room environment.
- Assist with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to OR protocols.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Document patient information and surgical details accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of staffing experience in an operating room setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and safety standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with transplant procedures (kidney/liver).
- Certification relevant to perioperative nursing.
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgeries and advanced technology.
- Experience working on a busy OR with high-acuity cases.
