Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic procedures to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
- At least 1 year of professional experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working specifically in SNF or long-term care settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- CPR certification (if applicable).
