• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, contractual assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Monitor and manage patients with respiratory distress, failure, DKA, seizures, and pain management needs
• Perform and assist with specialized procedures including moderate sedation, drips, arterial lines, central lines, and CVP management
• Float to NICU and Pediatrics units as needed, maintaining flexibility in patient care assignments
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant PICU experience
• Ability to float between units including NICU and Pediatrics
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with respiratory and neurological patient diagnoses
• Skilled in advanced patient procedures such as moderate sedation and managing drips
• Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced critical care environments
