Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, Night shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care on a 42-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit, including treatment for chest pain, arrhythmias, and other cardiac conditions
- Float to other units and hospitals as needed to support staffing needs
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care using Meditech EMR system
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license for the State of Alabama or a compact license (no temporary licenses)
- BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in the relevant specialty
- Associate degree in nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience on a Cardiac Telemetry unit or similar medical/surgical environment
- Ability to float between units and adapt to different patient care needs
