- Travel, Nights, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for orthopedic patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to clinical needs during night shifts.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in orthopedic or surgical units.
- Ability to work night shifts effectively.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital setting, specifically in orthopedic or surgical care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
