Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care to individuals in a rehabilitation setting, following medical directives and best practices
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate ongoing treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and patient safety
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and hospital policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
- At least one year of experience in rehabilitation or a related clinical setting
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility
- Knowledge of post-acute care procedures and protocols
- Ability to handle night shift schedules and manage a high-volume caseload
