Registered Nurse Emergency Room
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 36 or 48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care in the Emergency Room setting
- Conduct clinical reviews and assist with patient assessments
- Support patient safety and comfort during emergency care
- Work collaboratively with medical teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid VA nursing license (can be submitted as pending)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a Level 1 or 2 trauma setting with some pediatrics experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (can submit with TNCC pending, must have before start date)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide availability for 2 out of 3 winter holidays
- Must be able to work nights and submit a maximum of 40 hours for time off
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume emergency room or trauma center
- Familiarity with pediatric emergency care
