Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with patient needs and treatment plans
- Document patient progress and update records as required
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility protocols
- Maintain active licensure and equipment during the interview process
Required Qualifications
- Active state license as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in healthcare settings involving patient rehabilitation
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently
- Equipment provided during the interview
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of documentation and credentialing processes
