Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 3x12-hour shifts (7pm - 7am)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry setting.
- Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms accurately.
- Complete ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Valid Ohio or Compact State nursing license in hand.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date.
- One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous charge nurse experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
