Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care in the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies in a high-acuity environment.
- Follow hospital policies and standards to maintain a safe and effective care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years professional nursing experience.
- Experience in academic hospital settings highly preferred.
- Previous experience in Acute Care Surgery units preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in Level 1 trauma or similar high-level care environments.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and demanding situations.
