Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Nights shifts, 36 or 48 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care to ICU patients in a fast-paced acute care hospital
- Managing patient assessments, treatments, and care plans
- Collaborating with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitoring patient vital signs and adjusting care as needed
- Documenting patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Adapting to unit needs, including floating between related units based on patient acuity
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Active nursing license in the state of Washington
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with EPIC charting system
- Ability to handle high-acuity patient care in a critical care setting
