Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time and Part-time options available, guaranteed 35 hours per week
• Shifts primarily during daytime hours, 4 days per week with one 4-hour day

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Conduct assessments and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care and ensure quality service
• Engage in ongoing education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient or clinic-based physical therapy (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
