Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to surgical, neuro, trauma, and spinal cases, including trauma gunshot wounds, quadriplegia, and paraplegia patients
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care accurately
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and orders
• Maintain all required licensing, certification, and credentials

Required Qualifications
• Valid nursing license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical-surgical or similar specialty
• EPIC EMR certification or experience with EPIC required
• Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days
• References and certification card on profile
• Nursys license verification

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with trauma and neuro/spinal patients
• Ability to handle high-acuity patient populations
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
