Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to clients with communication, articulation, and swallowing disorders.
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document and track client progress in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing speech therapy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
