- Travel, Full-time, Night shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and remote telemetry equipment to ensure patient safety.
- Prepare patients for procedures such as Endoscopy, IR, and OR when necessary.
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, including proper attire and documentation procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver compassionate and efficient patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Med-Surg or telemetry units.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Leadership or charge nurse experience.
- BSN degree.
- CMSRN certification encouraged but not required.
- Experience with Cerner EMR system and remote telemetry monitoring.
