Job Title
• Speech Language Pathologist - Therapist

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech therapy services with a 50/50 focus on adult and pediatric patients
• Float between outpatient and acute care settings as needed
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Required Qualifications
• Kentucky licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• 2-3 years of relevant therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including float between settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Accepts first-time clinicians with appropriate qualifications
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Studies preferred
• Comfort with providing care in both outpatient and acute care environments
