Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in the ER setting.
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and document care activities accurately.
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations, demonstrating clinical expertise and composure.
- Follow hospital protocols and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or ability to obtain.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities in high-pressure situations.
