Key Responsibilities
- Assist in orthopedic surgeries as a certified first assistant
- Support surgical teams with robotics-assisted procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure efficient operative flow
- Maintain sterile field and surgical supplies during procedures
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as a First Assist (Certified First Assist)
- Orthopedic surgery experience required
- Robotics procedure experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Ability to work 10.5-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in orthopedic surgery settings
- Familiarity with surgical robotics systems
