Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Travel, Days shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical and telemetry patients
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and respond to patient needs
• Perform standard medical surgical procedures such as peripheral IV starts and dressing changes
• Utilize electronic medical records to document patient care using Cerner Powerchart
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Assist with patient assessments and support telemetry monitoring

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in North Carolina or equivalent state certification
• BLS certification required
• Previous medical-surgical nursing experience with telemetry skills
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Cerner Powerchart

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Charge nurse experience within a hospital setting
• Experience with Wound vacs, SCDs, and other medical devices
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and helpful nature
