Schedule / Job Type
Days, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in labor, postpartum, antepartum, and nursery settings.
- Monitor and respond to fetal heart rates and other critical indicators using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
- Collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, and other healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist with deliveries, including acting as an OB circulator when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing preferred.
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
- Ability to care for antepartum, labor, postpartum, and nursery patients.
- Stable and competent in fetal monitoring.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- OB circulator experience highly preferred.
- Experience in rural healthcare settings is a plus.
