Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Albemarle, NC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 8-week assignment, nights shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
• Rotating 36/48-hour weeks (local candidates only)
• Every other weekend rotation
• Holiday hours as scheduled
• Possible unit float
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to long-term care / skilled nursing facility residents
• Assist with patient assessments and medication administration
• Document patient care activities accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
• NC LPN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in GERI / long-term care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
