Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vascular ultrasound procedures, including pelvic, renal, abdomen, testicular, carotid, and extremity venous exams.
- Assist with specialized procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, and drainages when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize GE ultrasound equipment and Meditech EMR system.
- Ensure adherence to safety and imaging protocols while providing quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary medical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must be ARDMS registered and certified in vascular ultrasound (RVT).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant ultrasound experience.
- At least 2 years of travel-sonographer experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, and drainages.
- Proficiency with GE ultrasound equipment.
- Strong time management and professional reliability.
