Job Title

- Warrensville Heights, OH
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 4 twelve-hour shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor patient vital signs and analyze ECG rhythms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Valid Ohio license or valid Compact State license in hand
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and respond appropriately
- Successful completion of medication safety assessments during orientation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with hospital electronic documentation systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
