Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in Medical, Laulima (Surgical Acute), and Cardiovascular units.
- Float between various medical and surgical departments as needed.
- Utilize equipment such as Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes.
- Adhere to professional nursing attire, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
- Participate in orientation and training specific to each unit's protocols and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii nursing license (must obtain prior to start)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred (PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC are a plus)
- 2–10 years of nursing experience in acute care settings
- Ability to float between units and adapt to different clinical environments
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and other medical equipment
- Strong ability to manage patient ratios of 1:6 to 1:8, depending on shift
