Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
• Communicate patient status changes effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and team members.
• Respond promptly and accurately to changes in patient conditions, including reactions to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties across all departments with appropriate supervision.
• Cross-train in other nursing departments as needed to support patient care.
• Administer medications, operate medical equipment, and record patients’ symptoms and histories.
• Assist with patient rehabilitation and follow-up as required.

Required Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years recent Acute/Medical-Surgical experience preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ability to pass nursing medication test.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills, professional conduct, and respectful interaction with patients, staff, and the public.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent experience in acute or medical-surgical units.
• Comfortable working night shifts and handling fast-paced environments.
