Job Title
• Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

• Tuba City, AZ

Schedule / Job Type
• Days / Full-time, rotational shifts (day, evening, night), including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee assigned laboratory sections, including specimen processing, test performance, and reporting of results
• Ensure laboratory operations comply with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
• Perform multiple subspecialties such as chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood bank, microbiology, and clinical microscopy
• Maintain quality and accuracy in a 24-hour clinical laboratory setting
• Support and supervise laboratory staff in daily operations and troubleshooting
• Participate in rotating shifts, including overtime as needed to ensure continuous laboratory coverage

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in laboratory, biological, chemical, physical sciences, healthcare, or healthcare management
• Current, unexpired certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Technologist, or Specialist from a recognized certification agency
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a generalist in high-complexity clinical laboratory testing

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory environment with multiple subspecialties
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards
