Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• 3 days per week, Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, full-time, travel/float

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, including management and interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Monitor and care for cardiac patients, including titration of IV drips and peripheral line management.
• Maintain strict adherence to protocols for pass/fail EKG exams and compliance deadlines.
• Float between various hospital campuses as needed, supporting multiple units and patient populations.
• Ensure safe management of PICC lines and other central lines, following best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU or IMC setting.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications required.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, and interpretation.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be flexible to float between campuses.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a stepdown or telemetry unit.
• Strong knowledge of peripheral line care and titrating IV medications.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
