Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
- Float to different units including Medical/Surgical, Progressive Care, ICU, Pediatric, and Emergency Department as needed
- Manage patients awaiting bed assignments or requiring admission, ensuring smooth patient flow
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota
- Proven experience in Medical/Surgical or Rehabilitation Nursing
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to various unit needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience floating across multiple units such as ICU, Peds, and ER
- Ability to manage a diverse patient population
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
