Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, night shift (12-hour shifts), 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to ICU patients with a ratio of 3:1, including ICU and step-down patients
- Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring quality patient care and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient needs and unit goals
- Float within scope of practice to meet facility requirements as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHHS certifications
- 2-5 years of ICU experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends every week or every other week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with ICU and step-down unit patients
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and facility demands
