Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location
• La Crosse, VA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 nights per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring prompt intervention when needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and orders
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid State RN license
• 1-2 years of clinical experience, community hospital experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units
• Knowledge of community hospital patient care standards
