Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans for radiation therapy patients in accordance with physician directives.
- Utilize dosimetry software and tools to calculate optimal radiation doses.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical staff to ensure accurate and effective patient treatment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy or applicable credential.
- State licensure as a Dosimetrist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven experience with dosimetry planning and treatment development.
- Ability to operate radiation treatment planning software.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical oncology setting.
- Familiarity with Prisma Health policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
