3 nights per week; nights shift; full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a 426-bed acute care hospital.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with certification requirements.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
- Support unit operations and respond to emergent patient needs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Recent ICU experience with high-acuity units (minimum 2 years).
- Valid RN license.
- Current ACLS and BCLS certifications.
- Ability to work night shifts and on an every-other-weekend basis.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a magnet-designated hospital.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity ICU environment.
- Adaptability to float between related units if necessary.
