• 13 or 21 weeks contract, Night shifts, Full-time, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, managing a variety of critical and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and assess patient status regularly.
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner charting system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support float areas within acuity based on staffing needs, maintaining flexibility in assignment.
• Adhere to facility protocols for procedures such as chest tubes, feeding tubes, endobronchial valve replacements, and ventilator management.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Delaware or Compact RN license in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Current certifications with expiration dates documented.
• Ability to work night shifts and pass the required Voice Advantage interview and Nurse Manager screening.
• Full SSN, date of birth, and current address.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with advanced procedures such as endobronchial valve replacement, chest tubes, and chronic vents.
• Comfortable supporting float assignments within multiple areas based on acuity.
