Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of dialysis treatments and patient care at multiple clinical locations.
- Provide patient education, monitor outcomes, and adjust treatment plans based on standing orders and care protocols.
- Supervise Dialysis Technicians and collaborate with the healthcare team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.
- Administer medications and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with licensure, certifications, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact license.
- CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, including dialysis experience.
- Ability to work at any of the specified clinics and flexible shifts (AM/PM).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings.
- Prior dialysis-specific experience preferred.
